The Ultimate in Metalizing
DENSER COATING (Less Porous)
BETTER MECHANICAL BOND (Higher Adhesion)
HIGHER PRODUCTION RATES
BOND STRENGTH - Mechanical adhesion to substrate is approximately 5,000 to 6,000 psi!!
High Temperature: Arc-sprayed coatings of aluminum can be applied to surfaces exposed to temperatures beyond the tolerance of painted coatings. Examples are: ducts, stacks, exhaust mufflers, manifold piping, flash drums, etc.
Immersion: Arc-sprayed coatings of an aluminum/zinc combination are ideal for surfaces exposed to salt water, fresh water, potable and ionized water - such as oil/water separators, offshore piping, riser piping, condensers, tanks and marine facilities.
Erosion: Arc-sprayed coatings protect heat exchanger heads and channels subject to erosion due to flow and elevated temperatures.
Galvanizing: Arc-sprayed coatings of zinc offer an alternate to hot dip galvanizing and can eliminate warping, size restrictions, shipping cost and can provide an excellent base for cosmetic paint coatings.
Atmospheric: Arc-sprayed coatings of aluminum/zinc combination are ideal for surfaces exposed to industrial, marine and other atmospheres. Examples are bridges, decking, docks, cranes, etc.
